Through mindful walking and being immersed in all weathers in rural and urban environments, Zoë collects textures, marks and patterns, recording felt and observed experiences in space and time. This reflection on mood and feeling is a visceral process that is then transferred to the studio.
Seeds of Hope
Seeds of Hope is a new and ongoing project stemming from the power and beauty of trees, their seeds, the fragility of our planet and the need / importance of trees within it.
Not So Rosie Lee
A drink we all too often take for granted, without regard to environmental and social issues surrounding its production. Planted, picked, packed and posted for our pleasure. A brown Brownian motion of a brew.
Earrings
Earrings came about through using up scraps and waste from printmaking repurposing all the little paper bits that where too special to throw away. Each collection has a story and all inspiration comes from experiences travelled: made from sustainable lazer cut plywood designed shapes, recycled prints and mini woodcuts became another addition to connect the printmaking.
All pieces are unique and are now only sold at print fairs.
